As the District has these reports available once an engineer has been engaged, engineering reports will be posted on the website. These reports will describe the projects that the District will be undertaking for financing, construction or acquisition, and maintenance.

- Ordinance 2015-63 establishing the District, effective October 13, 2015, as adopted by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners.
- Boundary Amendment effective February 2, 2016, as adopted by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners, expanding the District’s boundaries.
Rules of Procedure
- Live Oak Lake CDD – Rules of Procedure (Effective July 29, 2016): These are the administrative rules by which the District operates. They are based on the Florida Statutes and define how the District conducts its business pursuant to Florida Law.
